1998 - 2004	Further education, specializing in Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery primarily on the severe burns Intensive Care Unit at the Bogenhausen Hospital in Munich, with Prof.Dr.W.Mühlbauer.
Since 2003	Specialist in Plastic and Cosmetic Surgery.
2004 - 2007	Senior Physician and Assistant Medical Director at the Partnach Clinic in Garmisch-Partenkirchen, with consultant Dr. Joram Levy.
2007	Freelance, independent on-call doctor working together in partnership with Dr.Joram Levy at the Atrium Clinic Holzkirchen near Munich. Dr.Med.Christian Schrank has written and co-written numerous academic publications. He has carried out several research studies and has spoken at many conferences, nationally and internationally. He regularly runs courses, where he personally lectures and demonstrates live operations. These include breast reshaping, face lift, neck lift and eyebrow lifting operations. Dr.Med. C. Schrank is head of the Face and Neck Lift Department within the GÄCD (The Society of Cosmetic Surgery in Germany) He lectures on several operational courses for specialists, specifically demonstrating Cosmetic Facial Surgery and Breast Augmentation Dr.Med.C.Schrank was also awarded winner of the "Goldenen Kamera" in 2001 from the VDPC (Organisation of German Plastic Surgeons).
